Take a minute to sit quietly. Take in one deep breath after another. Forget about everything you have to do and everything that is weighing on your shoulders. Continue to breath in and out. Really focus on your breath. As you begin your meditation journey, keep an open mind.
As humans in the 21st century we have become very good at asking questions and demanding answers. In your meditation work, you’ll need to take a step back and not ask why. A path will be laid out before you; learn to direct that path as a passage and walk freely upon it. Spiritual guidance and meditation will not eliminate all your problems but they will help deepen your spiritual presence, relationships, and mental outlook to navigate the road of healing and empowerment. Learn to connect with the endless vibrations that surround us on a daily basis and learn to direct that path in front of you by setting your own intentions.
